PRICING

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars.
All prices on this site include GST.
Prices, promotions and product availability are subject to change without notice. We do our best to provide the most accurate, up-to-date information, but errors do occur, and we reserve the right to make changes without notice. If you have ordered a product that is subject to a price increase, we will hold your order and inform you of the increase. If there is any product that is below 25% of its standard pos price it is an error and will not be supplied. It is an offense to advertise, sell or supply alcohol 25% of more from its standard pricing. 

 

AVAILABILITY
The availability of product presented on our website is pulled from our stock management system, and is the most up-to-date information we have, but errors do occur and this information does not represent a guarantee or promise of availability.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS

All orders require a signature upon delivery and have no authority to leave. If you have an ATL with NZ Couriers that counts as a signature. If you goods are stolen, please phone the police. 
Please address your goods to an address where someone is home, or where someone can receive the goods between the hours of 8.30am to 6pm (i.e Your Work address)


ORDERS

Confirmed orders placed prior to 1pm Monday – Friday will be ready for courier collection on the same day.
Orders placed anytime Saturday or Sunday will be collected by the courier on the following business day, usually a Monday.
These cutoff times below are a guideline, and are subject to change due to prevailing circumstances. This information does not constitute a guarantee.

SHIPPING TIMES

North Island orders are shipped via 48 hour courier. Allow up to 4 business days before contacting us.
Add 1 to 2 days for South Island or Rural.
Deliveries will take 1– 4 working days during off peak seasons. Please add an additional 1 day during peak times such as Christmas.
Our courier website will hold information about delivery time expectations.
Freight charges for your order are automatically calculated as you add items to your shopping cart.  We will email you tracking information for your order when it is dispatched from us.
Saturday Delivery will incur extra charges

RURAL ADDRESSES WILL INCUR A RURAL DELIVERY FEE, AS WILL ANY ISLAND (E.G. WAIHEKE ISLAND)

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We accept orders from outside of New Zealand for delivery to New Zealand addresses.
We offer shipping across New Zealand to most places. Please send a copy of your identification that matches your credit card name, if you order from overseas. 

 

 

STANDARD TERMS

All NZ orders are shipped using Nz Couriers and are calculated by weight and quantity. 

 

IF YOU ARE IN DOUBT ABOUT YOUR ORDER ARRIVING IN TIME, WE DO OFFER CLICK AND COLLECT. REMEMBER SATURDAY DELIVERY IS NOT GUARANTEED. GOODS ARE FREIGHTED AT YOUR RISK.

  

HOW DO I TRACK MY PARCEL?

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. To track NZ orders please visit https://www.nzcouriers.co.nz/track_and_trace.html to lodge an enquiry. 


CLICK & COLLECT

You can have your order ready at our Tauranga store by choosing 'Click & Collect' at the checkout.
Currently, estimated collection time is 1 hour from ordered time, from 11am through to 7pm. Your goods will not be kept chilled for you sorry.
You will be notified by email when your order is ready to collect. Once you've received this email, please bring it to the store, along with proof of ID (this could be a drivers license, passport) when you come to collect your goods.

If someone is coming to collect your order on your behalf, they should present a copy of your order confirmation, along with proof of their identification. No ID, possibly no pick up.

Please collect within 14 days. If you do not collect your order within 14 days, your order will be returned to our warehouse and no refund will be offered.

We do our best to achieve 100% accuracy, but occasionally mistakes do occur. Pricing, product availability and offers subject to change without prior notification. We reserve the right to make changes without notice due to market conditions, manufacturing restrictions, or typographical, photographic or technical errors in online or print advertising. NOTE: Products and packaging depicted may differ from stock available at time of shipment; we reserve the right to substitute equivalent items.  We will endeavor to contact you should this occur.
